Our NEFF Service is available to you – by phone and online. Our friendly staff are trained to the highest standards and well-equipped so they can understand the problem, find the cause, and repair it.
Arrange an appliance repair: visit online or phone. Our NEFF Service is available countrywide, with NEFF technicians close to your home. We offer service and repairs for NEFF appliances as ovens, cooktops, steamer, rangehoods, dishwashers and all other NEFF home appliances.

And with many years of experience and our large service network, the repair service stands for reliability, professionalism, and fair and transparent conditions. Within the warranty period our NEFF service engineer will repair your NEFF home appliances free of charge. After the expiry of the warranty we will inspect and repair your appliance at fair conditions and transparent prices.
All issues are analysed in advance by our technical team to ensure the engineer is equipped with the replacement spare parts likely to be needed to complete the repair. Our Serivce Hotlines are open 24/7 to check the status of your appliance and to do a diagnosis of the problem. If you prefer an online fault diagnosis, please check the NEFF support section, which offers with the NEFF appliance assistant an appliance specific fault diagnosis (the model-number (E-Nr) is required). Depending on the fault and the age and status of your appliance, our technicians will do an analysis and recommend whether a service repair is appropriate. They will give you advice on what is best to do. In most cases, a repair will be recommended as far as technically and economically worthwhile. Ultimately, it’s your decision about what happens to your appliance.
Our technicians use only original replacement spare parts – not copies or second-hand parts.
To prepare in the best way, all issues are analysed in advance by our technical team to ensure our technician is equipped with the replacement spare parts likely to be needed to complete the repair. Even for our older appliances, many parts are replaceable with original NEFF spare parts.
The repair will be analysed in advance to equip our technician with the parts and material likely to be required for your repair.
Step 1: Identify your appliance by checking the rating plate
There are two pieces of information which are important to enable our NEFF Service to help you quickly: the E-number and the FD number. Both of these are on the rating plate, which can be found in various places depending on the appliance – use the appliance identifier service to get help to identify your appliance by knowing the location of the type plate on your appliance.
Important appliance data on the type plate
1. The model number (E-Nr) of your appliance. Marked on the type plate picture by a “1”
2. The FD data with 4 digits. On the type plate, position “2”.
Ideally, you should also have the invoice to hand as it could also contain some important information about your appliances and the purchase date to check whether the issue will be covered by the NEFF manufacturer warranty.
